Capture the request. Check the calendar.
Send your team a clear next step.

A custom receptionist for your phone line and booking workflow, with a human handoff when needed.

04 OWNERSHIP

Stop renting.
Start owning.

Subscriptions keep charging for the same workflow.
An owned system is built once and stays yours.

THE SUBSCRIPTION PATH

Per-seat or per-month fees that never end. Features and data live on someone else’s terms.

THE SYSTEM YOU OWN

One defined build, running on accounts you control. You keep the code, the configuration and the documentation.

Running costs like hosting, phone service and model usage still apply, and they’re laid out plainly in your quote before anything is built.

Not every workflow is cheaper to own. We’ll tell you honestly if a subscription is the better fit.

Built by us.
Belongs to you.

Your code. Your accounts. Your documentation.

Pay for the engineering. Keep the delivered system. No ongoing Hyperfurion subscription for a full handoff.

Code rights and third-party licenses are defined in the proposal. Running costs and optional support are separate.
06 BUILD WITH Hyperfurion

One workflow.
Start there.

Tell me the task, the tools involved, and what a good result looks like. I’ll reply personally with next steps and a quote before anything is built.

FICTIONAL SOURCE / COMPLETE EXCERPT

Price book

A fixed sample included in this page. Nothing retrieved from an external system. Provenance does not guarantee correctness.
NO BLACK BOXES. EVEN HERE.

A few good questions.

Is this another monthly subscription?

Not for a full build and handoff. Engineering, optional support, and third-party infrastructure are quoted separately before work begins.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on the workflow. Every project gets a written quote after a short scoping conversation, before anything is built. There are no published package prices.

Where does the business data go?

That depends on the deployment. Local hardware, private-cloud accounts, telecommunications services, and external model endpoints have different boundaries. Data routes and provider terms require review before implementation.

Will it work with our existing tools?

Your tools are the starting point. Integrations, permissions, evaluations, and practical constraints need scoping. These illustrations do not prove an integration is available.

Are these real AI demonstrations?

No. The story and knowledge examples are scripted. The reconciliation uses actual arithmetic on fictional sample records. No AI model, telephone, microphone or document-upload service is connected. The contact form only opens an email in your own mail app.

CLEAR BOUNDARIES

Your data.
Defined boundaries.

This demonstration stays in your browser.

Calls, records and document sources are fictional. The examples do not access your microphone, book appointments, post accounting records or call an AI model.

The contact form does not upload anything.

When you press “Open email to Liam”, the page builds a pre-filled message and opens it in your own email app, addressed to [email protected]. Nothing is stored or sent by this page. You review and send the email yourself, through your own email provider.

You decide what to share.

Your name, email and project notes go only into that draft email. Edit or delete anything before sending.

Deployment boundaries are project-specific.

A local model, a private cloud and a managed service have different data routes and access boundaries. External phone, hosting and model services have their own terms. These are reviewed for the proposed workflow, not covered by a blanket privacy promise.

Page services.

No advertising analytics are included. Optional typography loads from Google Fonts. External project links open third-party websites. Please do not include passwords, credentials or sensitive client records in your inquiry.

VOICE RECEPTION / EXAMPLE STARTING SCOPE

A receptionist.
Built around your rules.

Start with one workflow.

One incoming number, a defined set of caller questions, one booking or callback route, and a human escalation path.

What you receive.

A configured receptionist, the agreed integration, editable instructions, test-call scenarios, and setup documentation.

How we check it.

We test the agreed cases together: a normal request, missing details, unavailable slots and a handoff. A request is not treated as a confirmed appointment until the booking system accepts it.

What is quoted separately.

Phone service, call minutes, model services, hosting and ongoing changes. Clinical advice, complex dispatch and unsupported integrations are not assumed to be included.

OPERATIONS / EXAMPLE STARTING SCOPE

Less re-entry.
A visible review trail.

Start with one record flow.

One agreed input format or system, defined matching rules, and one useful output. For example: compare supplier invoice entries with payment records and export the exceptions.

What you receive.

The connector or import, matching logic, an exception path, a usable export, and instructions for operating and changing the workflow.

How we check it.

Test against agreed sample records, duplicates, missing fields and mismatched amounts. Approvals and any write-back into live systems are explicitly scoped—not assumed.

What changes the scope.

Multiple suppliers, irregular document layouts, accounting-system permissions, historical cleanup and additional integrations.

PRIVATE AI / EXAMPLE STARTING SCOPE

Your documents.
A useful interface.

Start with one knowledge collection.

An approved set of business documents and a defined set of questions your team needs to answer.

What you receive.

A searchable question-and-answer interface, source references, agreed access controls, a document-update process and deployment notes.

How we check it.

Evaluate against your sample questions, missing sources and restricted content. Source links support review; they are not a guarantee that every generated answer is correct.

Define the boundary.

Your hardware, your cloud account or an agreed managed deployment. We map where data goes before choosing the model and integrations. External services have their own processing and retention terms.

Your hardware, or your cloud? +

A model and document lookup on your hardware. External integrations create additional data routes.

HOW A PROJECT WORKS

Know the scope.
Know what done means.

01 / Define one useful result.

Walk through the task, current tools, permissions and constraints. Agree on the deliverables, tests, timeline and fixed project quote before implementation. An uncertain repair may need a separately agreed diagnostic first.

02 / Build and review the working flow.

Review an implementation against agreed examples. Test both the expected route and the exceptions, including where a human must approve or take over.

03 / Handoff, without a mystery.

Receive the agreed source, configuration, operating instructions and account access. The proposal defines custom-code rights, third-party licenses, support and any recurring costs.

Describe your project ↗
WORK DIRECTLY WITH THE FOUNDER

I’m Liam Hennigan.
I build the system.

You work with the person scoping, implementing and handing over the project—not a sales rep passing the brief along.

My background is in main-bank financial operations. That work makes you pay attention to mismatches, handoffs and the details that need checking. I bring that approach to the systems I build.

Start with useful work.

A phone request that reaches the right person. Records that no longer need re-entry. Business documents your team can actually find answers in. The first project should have a clear purpose and a clear finish line.

For agencies, too.

Bring me into a defined client implementation. We agree on the responsibilities, communication, access and deliverable before the build.
